Subscriptions, Pre-Orders & Payment Terms

Certain products available through  RawInstinct may be offered as subscription-based purchases or pre-orders.

Subscriptions

When purchasing a subscription product, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency selected at checkout.

By subscribing:

• You authorise recurring payments using your chosen payment method
• Your payment details may be securely stored by our payment providers for future billing
• Subscription payments will continue unless cancelled prior to the next billing date

You may cancel or manage your subscription at any time using the links provided in your order confirmation email or customer account where available.

RawInstinct and Monje & Vendavales Ltd reserve the right to pause, cancel, or refuse subscriptions where failed payments, suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse is identified.

Pre-Orders

Certain products may occasionally be offered as pre-orders before stock becomes available.

When placing a pre-order:

• You authorise us to charge your selected payment method either immediately, partially, or once the product becomes available for dispatch
• Estimated dispatch dates are subject to change
• Pre-order availability is not guaranteed until dispatch confirmation has been issued

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse pre-orders at our discretion and issue a refund where applicable.

Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers.

RawInstinct does not store full payment card details on its servers.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse transactions
• Cancel orders
• Request additional verification
• Restrict purchases

where suspicious, fraudulent, or unauthorised activity is suspected.
